Content Archival Policy (CAP)

All the published documents under IGKVMIS  Portal are provided and verified by departments with validity date. The maintenance team publishes the provided document with validity date for citizen of Chhattisgarh. After expiration of validity date Expired documents are not presented on the Portal. All the uploaded documents which have expired are available in content management system for the future reference which can be accessed by portal admin/User.

Content Review Policy (CRP)

All the contents appearing on IGKVMIS Portal website are uploaded after review, verification and approval by the respective Departments. After this process only, it is shared to maintenance team for publishing in state portal.
