Mr. Umesh Agrawal, Comptroller, Indira Gandhi Agricultural University, Raipur visited Krishi Vigyan Kendra Ambikapur on 02.12.2022. During his visit, he observed the various units established at KVK under the Integrated Farming System. After discussing with Scientists of the center, he took information about ongoing works of the center, for adopting IFS techniques by the farmers of remote areas of the district. He appreciated the work of earthworms production being done by the center and for ensuring the timely availability of earthworms to various Gouthans under Godhan Nyay Yojna in different districts as per demand. After that, he also reviewed the accounting works of the center and instructed to ensure timely maintenance of the cash book, as well as timely preparation of the bank reconciliation sheet, expenditure of the amount according to the allocation and timely execution of all accounting and establishment related works.
