College of Agriculture and Research Station, Katghora, Korba was proud to host the Registrar of IGKV, Shri. G. K. Nirmam on the 03rd of February 2022. The dignitary visited our campus and acknowledged and appreciated our team for academic excellence and the process. The dignitary was warmly welcomed by the Dean of the college, Dr. S. S. Porte and other faculty members. Thereafter, the dignitary visited the College Instructional Farm and inspected the construction of College building. He also visited KVK, Katghora, Korba. The delegation addressed the CARS, Katghora, Korba community in the seminar hall of the college wherein they highlighted the college’s achievements. Dr. G. P. Bhaskar delivered a comprehensive and informative presentation. The diverse aspects of the college’s functioning and its efforts to maintain quality in the teaching-learning process were discussed. In particular, the shift to online education after the pandemic was discussed. The phase of implementation and improvement of college instructional farm was also the key aspect of discussion. The words of praise by the delegation were motivating and inspiring for the audience. During the visit Dr. Abhay Bisen, Dr. Yogita Kashyap, Dr. Rajesh Kumar Ekka, Dr. Harischand Darro, Dr. D. S. Dhurwey, Mr. Sanjeev Gurjur, Mr. Harish Tanwar, Ms. Jyoti Patel, Ms. Ayushi Sahu, Ms. Komal Gupta, Mr. Maniram Patel and Mrs. Shalini Singh were also present.
