It aims to develop and enhance the skills of PG students in the field of Food Processing, Food Technology and Food Microbiology. This will help the scholars to pursue their career in Food Technology as an entrepreneur. Training involves mainly the conversion of raw products into finished products as well as testing and characterization of developed agricultural product.

• Hands-on training of advances and innovation in post-harvest management and food processing
• Learning by doing developing solutions for food and nutritional security and safety aspects
• Confer the interdisciplinary learning through microbiology studies in Food Engineering
